    *BEWARE* The bag I received was in horrible condition: extremely soiled throughout, shapeless, and completely unusable due to its condition.This starkly contrasts with the seller’s description, which claimed the bag had only very minor flaws is deceptive, unethical, & unprofessional. Initially, the seller offered an exchange or refund. However, they have now stopped responding to my communications. They advertised using misleading photos of a different, near-flawless bag.
