Quick delivery, puppy loves it, and it goes in without prompting, The tray going under the mesh doesn't seem like a good idea, and it's cruel to expect the dog to sleep on the wire, It is preferable to use a training pad for wee and poo and to place the tray inside. That's what I do for our puppy works and the dog is comfortable.
