    I should have reached out to the seller before leaving feedback. It seems like I got a bad battery (it happens) so while I was a bit upset at the time and money wasted to go elsewhere and have to order some batteries, if I would have reached out to seller he would have fixed it. He reached out to me, just asking what he can do to make it right. I offered to change my feedback, neither of us knew how that worked lol. He is a 10/10 seller. Highly recommend

    I haven't had anyone else have issues with the batteries. I never received a return request or even a message from you so I could resolve the issue. I will message you to see if you would like a replacement or refund.

    This product is great. All the functionality I need without unnecessary features. There was an issue with my 1st order, but I contacted the seller through ebay and it was resolved to my 200% satisfaction. There's no way to do business without an occasional hiccup, but I'm never upset unless it doesn't get resolved or becomes a huge hassle.
