    Prevention´s the Healthy Cook 1997

    The cook book is great I always wanted to have a good book like this one. I recomend anyone interested in healthy cooking to buy one of these books. Of course exercize and good eating makes always good sence.

    Prevention the Healthy Cook Cookbook

    I purchased this book to give to my son's girlfriend so that she can learn to cook healthier. I doubt if she will use it. I found it a bit difficult and was really just looking for recipes. This has detailed cooking instructions.
