I received my items in perfect condition. It is always worrying when you are having something breakable shipped, but the seller took great care to make sure the mugs weren’t damaged. It looks like they used cut up pool noodles around the rim of the cup and the handle, which was genius! Probably the best packaged breakable item I have ever received.
