Amazing! It's not over yet! I discovered my 16 year old iPod 3rd Gen in storage and it wouldn't charge. The "geniuses" at a certain repair store told me there was nothing that could be done and it was a goner. I found ipod_wizard online and it was a quick and efficient process to send him my ancient music player. He had it back within a week.
