Unfortunately, it seems the parcel was crushed at some point during transit with Australia Post - it was sent brand new and sealed. I received no communication from the buyer prior to receiving this negative feedback comment. I have since made several attempts to contact the buyer and offered a replacement but all of my messages have been ignored. I am stuck between a rock and a hard place...

Arrive fast, but not well packed as one case (series 9 suffered some damage (see photo). disk OK. The boxed st of 2i disks is quite heavy and with ony a s,mall amout of bubble wrap an din a plastic post pack bag it must gace got tossed about in the post as the pacj corners sho some dentsand the bottom edge the same as that where the dik on the 'out side of the box suffered dame . wha i unpacked it ab dpulle dout ethe disk srt a pice of placyic fell out. This is the missing piece as can be seen.

My head hurts trying to interpret this feedback comment! The buyer made no attempt to contact me directly in order to fix the problem. I offered to issue a replacement but never received a response to any of my emails.
