The item came in very good condition, no issues with product. However, the phone case for the phone was not in the packaging. I had reached out the vendor and they said they will look into it and let me know. When I asked about it was during the Lunar New Year and that their contact is on vacation, so I was understanding to give time for the holiday. I had followed up again at the beginning of March. Now it it is close to the end of March, and I had not heard a follow up about the case.

Bought the phone and it arrived 2 weeks early, it looked great and everything was in package that came with the phone besides the phone case and a small crack in the display case. I contacted the seller asking for the phone case and they were cooperative at first, but after 2 more weeks of waiting for the previous owner to reply, the seller seemed to ignore my messages after I inquired about the case more. Sad to say that I have still not heard anything from the seller after almost a month.
