Communication from the seller was quick and consistent when i reached out to them - however they were not pro-active in this space….very re-active especially since they needed to have multiple shipments for the piece to finally arrive - I would have figured with the difficulties with the shipping/delivery part of the process they would have kept me more actively up to date - also shipment was thru USPS which was very poor.
