Did not wrap the box of coffee pods in any way, so it sat outside while we experienced heavy rain that day. Box was damaged and everything was sopping wet. No apology, no communication at all. Why would anyone ship out a box without protection via USPS? Never again.And charged $15.10 for shipping.
