    walkies for work

    These walkie-talkies aren't bad. They work well when they work. Our use is work related and we depend on them heavily. they are fairly easy to program, but the batteries don't last long. We have to keep them plugged in during work hours, which can be extensive. We are currently on our 4th set and will probably keep using them until you start offering an improved model.

    The range just wasnt there. My wife and I couldnt put a mile between us before loosing signal. Range was supposed to be 35 miles. A serious disapointment. And yes we tried various channals

    Good radio. Of course it does not reach out like the ads say. In the real world, however, it still does ok. I choose to use the 3 battery option and it does go through batteries, even w/ light use. Guess that is expected..

    Great fun and useful too

    Bought these for my daughter to use as "walky-talkies" with her friends. They LOVED them. But, they are also real radios that we can use in the outdoors, ski trips, trips to the amusement park. Very simple to use and small enough to not be be annoying.
