Tracking information provided by ebay did not function; seller eventually provided proper tracking information so that I could see where item had got stuck. Seller also offered a refund for handles, even though I had bought a saddle, but while a little confusing, must commend seller on quick response and for trying to sort the problem.

Are you unable to retrieve the trakking information ? You will see that the item was dispatched on the day of purchase and DHL has sent the item to your home country. Why does DHL take longer than usual ? That is not in our control.

Offensichtlich fairer Versender: Artikel kam defekt bei mir an, aber ich bin überzeugt, dass dies beim Einpacken schlichtweg übersehen wurde. Der Kaufpreis wurde mir unverzüglich zurücküberwiesen, den Artikel habe ich meiner "Krutschelkiste" zugeführt, weil ich ihn nicht zurücksenden musste. Dennoch für beide Seiten dumm gelaufen...
