The motherboard had both IPMI and BIOS password set which was not mentioned in the ad.
It turns out that there are methods to restore passwords on IPMI and BIOS, but it takes some time and investigation to do it, it is not as easy as just push a button.
The motherboard was very well packaged and transportation went quicker than expected.

Item was well packaged and arrived within the promised timeframe for shipping. The SSD has only 86% health left according to Samsung Magician and had corrupt data on it, which I wish the seller would have added in the description alongside already mentioning that it was a reconditioned item, but it is still usable after reformatting. Anyway, you get what you pay for, and this was a good price. Overall, still a positive buying experience so I'm giving 5 stars.
