    Unit arrived in reasonably good shape. The case handle was broke due to removal of the case lock and unit had a few minor scratches. As advertised in used in good shape. Hardware is in working condition. I am happy with the good quality and price on used equipment.

    The actual sale process went well. The machine is CLEARLY used, with lots of cosmetic scratches & scuffs. Does not bother me. RAID functions of the motherboard do not work. Side panel of the case latch is broken & won't latch. Shipping damage or usage? A minor issue.RAID capability IS what I wanted, THAT is an issue. I can do a RAID another way, but non-functional stuff should have been disclosed. Not going to return it for these things.Not rating communications, never heard from seller.
