The seller's postage times were quick and what was delivered was the item described. When concerns over product defects were raised with the seller the seller replied quick, was informative of what to do and seemed understanding. Making the entire process rather hassle free.

As described & fast shipping, customer service is also very prompt reply. However, the packaging could have been better. I ordered this graphic card along with some other computer parts, which cost almost $2000, but the items were just chucked in a box without any protection or good wrapping like other shops I purchased. The outer box came with water damages and resealed by AuPost, not seller fault but I did expected the items to be "well packed" as other reviews said but ended up disappointed..
