I am not a GE repairman, but figured out the the Starter Relay and Capacitor were likely bad on my daughter's refrigerator. I did a quick internet search, and the best most reliable source tor this part is Apex Used Appliance parts on eBay. I ordered it, it arrived quicker then anticipated.
