    Don’t expect too much for this item or else you will be disappointed: the ribbon, hands & legs are same color with the monkey rather RED for the Ribbon & LIGHT YELLOW for Hands & Legs. I don’t know what’s I’m going to do since I don’t see any return options for me. Well, this is the first time I make a purchase on EBay since 10 years ago. It’s really bad experience with Ebay with nothing change. It’s no wonder Amazon beat you, Ebay.

    It was an honest mistake (we sent the wrong version pink monkey).. We agreed to resend the correct monkey but the buyer hadn't been on ebay for 10 years and was confused on how to resolve the issue via ebay messages. They left negative feedback for no reason, opened a return and then refused to let us make it right so we refunded them in full.

    When I ordered the monkey it said it was expedited shipping expedited shipping, which it wasn't. He claimed that it was on vac mode from 7/3 to 7/11 and that it would ship out on the 12th & I should expect it on the 12th (???) I responded that perhaps he didn't realize that it is Aug 18th but I received it on Aug 16th more than 30 days past what he said. He responded unfortunately it is the problem of carrier so my issue is with the carrier. Decrip says the monkey is 18 in but it's only 13 in
