Item still hasn’t arrived. Bought 2 December; due 5 February. Contacted seller but didn’t get much support from them. I was told the item had been delivered. Clearly, it hasn’t been delivered. The only suggestion I received from seller was for me to contact the postal service.
The item was of small value but that shouldn’t be a deciding factor. Very poor customer service. Tracking of the item was flawed; no updates and unable to access the website.
Negative experience all round.
