We had a couple of minor glitches after I paid for it, but the seller was extremely communicative during the process, offered multiple options, and bent over backward to help get this sale on-track (which it was). The TV itself is exactly as-described and works great! The seller obviously researched the best ways to ship CRTs to avoid damage, because this was packed to survive, and did! Thank you!

Just disappointed seller did not work on price with me at all despite the listing saying that offers were accepted. I made a couple reasonable offers and was denied both times. If you don’t want buyers to make offers, then don’t list it as such. I still wanted the wallet as a gift for my husband so I bought at listed price. Despite all that, it was nicely packaged and shipped quickly. Great item so I can’t give a bad rating.

I do want to apologize for this inconvenience. There were multiple people bidding around the same price which was about 10 less than the listed price. At that point, I had made up my mind to not accept offers as there was plenty of interest very soon after listing. I have now learned that once I make this decision in my mind, I should turn off the "accept offers" feature on the platform as well. Thank you for bringing this concern to my attention and will take this into account moving forward.
