    Break it, fix it, repeat… lol

    So I was going to sell a 1/12 Helion Verdikt I have. Then I thought we’ll maybe I should try to upgrade the “unupgradable” lol so.. bought two different size shocks and the Titan 380 to see if there would be a slight difference in speed. I could have went brushless but because of the plastic spur gear I don’t want to push it. Anyway the Titan 380 fit perfectly and it was the perfect bump in speed for the Verdikt. Not to slow not to fast. Now I need to get better tires and try to find metal dog bones for it. Great motor for just a little more speed.

    not any better than your stock 380-motor

    I bought this motor,on the basis that it was MADE by Traxxas! (and Traxxas is KNOWN for making very powerful-motors!!!) So I bought this one,to replace the stock 380-motor I had in my RC-buggy,expecting to SEE even a SLIGHT increase in speed! Well,my expectations were soon squashed the second I full-throttled it and noticed absolutely NO INCREASE in speed whatsoever! Now granted,I understand that more speed can be increased by putting in a higher-voltage esc and battery,but I figured,due to this motor's low "turn" rate,I wouldn't need to do anything else to it,to see even a SLIGHT increase in speed!?!? Well,I did NOT! Would I recommend this motor to others? Probably not if your simply looking to replace your stock-motor for an increase in speed like I was hoping! Because You will NOT GET ...

    Great power upgrade

    Fits in 1/18 ecx with relocation of esc/reciever. Stock press on pinion doesn’t work with this motor. You need a mini pinion with set screw. Noticeable speed difference.
