Too many choppers
When a red-neck military extremist unleashes a plague on his local community it takes a two-fisted rancher-doctor to put things right. Steven Seagal is the guy with all the right martial arts moves. Like so many American so-called action films, this one has too many heavily-armed men running around shouting at each other and far too many helicopters swooping around willy-nilly with fake "Apocalypse Now" music. Watchable - not Segals best acting!!!
Dr. Wesley McClaren (Seagal) was the government's top immunologist before giving it all up for a quiet practice in a small Montana community.
