Item was not cleaned as described. Filter was old and dirty. Remote was not sent. I needed the remote to operate. I’ve sent 15 messages. I received a response saying “it will be mailed tomorrow” and then never heard anything else. I asked for a tracking number. Still haven’t heard anything from seller.
