II ordered a 2020 touring model manual and expected it to be used with grease on it and maybe a page or two torn but nope. I got a like new manual. I thought shipping was a little high but now that I got it and see how large it is and how fast I got it I think it's about right. Plus this manual was very well priced for an original Harley shop manual. I count this a 5 star bargain. If you like flipping pages instead of clicking pages like I do this manual is for you.
