First issue was when trying to ask a simple question about the contents, as it showed a camera in the photos, and didn't explicitly say it didn't come with one. The response was just to copy and paste the description, without answering the question.
Then the postage despite being $16.87, had no tracking. Finally when the item hadn't arrived a week after the latest expected date I contacted and they simply refunded. I still wanted the package. I doubt this is a real store.
