Seller is SO SLOW to respond. Awning arrived damaged, took 2 weeks to get them to allow return. They sent me QRC code for USPS who after I packed this huge heavy box there, tells me it's too heavy and won't ship. I notified them, AGAIN. They start off conversation asking me what I needed! I will update this to positive feedback if they ever do what's right and supply correct return shipping label.
