Out of the 20 orders you have placed with us, there was 1 we weren't able to cancel before it was dispatched. eBay email isn't monitored 24/7 - You placed the order then asked to cancel it 10 minutes later. By the time we had a chance to check eBay messages your order had already been picked / packed and assigned a tracking number. We would then need to go through 100's of orders to find yours which we aren't able to do. I also note this is the second RTX4070 ordered and cancelled by you.

As described & fast shipping, customer service is also very prompt reply. However, the packaging could have been better. I ordered this graphic card along with some other computer parts, which cost almost $2000, but the items were just chucked in a box without any protection or good wrapping like other shops I purchased. The outer box came with water damages and resealed by AuPost, not seller fault but I did expected the items to be "well packed" as other reviews said but ended up disappointed..
