Received in good order and tested OK. Small issues: 1. The touch controls are not 100% responsive. Sometimes you have to touch many different ways to get a response. 2. When using a low setting, the heat switches between full ON and full OFF. It's not a smooth constant low temp. 3. There is no quick OFF control for each burner. You have to fiddle with the touch controls to set it to zero. I wish this was disclosed before I bought it.

A distressing experience: Authority to Leave wasn't given. Kennel left was the incorrect size. Delayed response from the seller until eBay stepped in. A discount was offered that give a price higher than their advertised price for this smaller kennel. The seller puts the onus on the buyer to arrange the return pickup and doesn't offer the correct order to be delivered. Have no expectation that the correct order will be delivered and that the buyer will provide a replacement at any time.
