Item received as described, great seller communication. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the USPS in NY and NJ, which are akin to a ship of fools. The shipper volleyed the shipment for a week, thus missing a deadline I had which ended up in me not being able to use this item. I would recommend using any other shipping service but USPS - they are a waste of time where buyers pay for their incompetence - which in my case was twice.
