Skillet arrived on time. Poorly packed and cardboard box shipping container was torn, damaged. Handle was poking out. But no damage occured to the contents, (cast iron skillet). After I sent 2 inquiries to the seller, their reply communication was non-existant. No tracking number provided. All-in-all, everything turned out OK. Nice, big skillet for the price. Wish I could be more positive about this transaction.
