Custumer support from Cindy was excellent and very helpful. Installation worked out excellent in my 2011 Rav4. Unit works as good as I had hoped! The supplied side plates, Toyota OEM front panel and side brackets, Supercheap Aeropro ATB2 side spacers all lined up! Very pleased, thanks. I had to do a lot of wire joining and soldering as I don't have ISO connectors but it was
