And got indignant when I questioned it and asked for a refund.
Unprofessional, at minimum. I say this as a 20+ year old successful business owner.
Buy elsewhere. This item isn’t a monopolized. and there’s far more professional, courteous and cheaper sellers out there.

Unfortunately your order was placed on 12/24 Christmas even, and you were informed that there would be increased shipping time due to the holiday in general along with USPS being backed up during this time of year. Your original order was shipped on the provided date however I cannot speak to what happens to a package once the order is picked up. I did offer to reship your order with an included discount which you declined and provided your refund immediately.
