      Good clear dial

      I'd give this thermometer 5 stars if the hook was unidirectional. As it is it's too inflexible so I have to keep propping it up between the butter and the milk or perch it on top of a pot, so not sure if I'm getting the correct reading. For the price I guess it's ok.
