Yes, I agree 2 weeks is not good enough! From tracking you can see I posted the same day you purchased. It went from here a very long winded route to SA, VIC, NSW and then finally to Qld. From years selling I know that it would have normally gone direct to Redbank Qld first from the NT. For some reason that didn't happen and something that Australia Post can only answer. I can only apologise to you on their behalf.
