Mf might work too well. Strapped that badboy up nice n tight and did a full days work. My back was so well braced that it became less mobile, forcing other parts to compensate amd be more mobile than they should be. I got a mild sternum injury as a result. Nothing beats well tailored physical therapy. But this thing does certainly brace your back lol
