Allerdings wird bei einer Rückgabe von Waren über 40 Euro geltendes EU-Handelsrecht nicht beachtet, ein Rücksendegrund verlangt und die Rücksendekosten zu Lasten des Käufers gelegt. Dank der Hilfe von eBay konnte ich eine kostenfreie Rückgabe einleiten ohne tagelangen Aufwand mit 20 Mails. Meine konstruktive Kritik an den Händler wurde aufgenommen, mal sehen, ob er was daraus macht.. Bis dahin kauf ich nur, wenn ich mir 100% sicher bin!

    Seller sold me an expensive lens. But seller sold it to me before he had bought it. So, he was selling the lens without having it. After about three weeks, he informed me that he could not buy the lend , so he proposed to send me another lens! I refused another lens. Then said he could not buy anymore the lens, so he needed to cancel the order. I checked and the lens was plenty available, but it seemed at a slightly higher price. So be careful, seller does not honor his commitment.
