My planter arrived, and one of its arms was broken. It was extremely well packaged, and I definitely believe it was damaged in transit. The planter is extremely beautiful and I was so sad that it arrived broken. The seller was absolutely wonderful. She refunded me my money right away after I sent her pictures of the packaging and the broken planter. She was very kind and understanding.
