The only feature that could be improved is the noise cancelling button. It's awkward to have to hold it in the whole time to want to silence it. Would be better if it had an on/off function.

I have purchased this product in the past from other vendors & this time around, I'm noticing that it has some definite shortcomings. Although it is lightweight, the headband stretched out after two uses & now falls off my head. I am hesitant to attempt re-shaping the headband for fear of breaking it. The cord is nice & long, but I find it catches on various surfaces/edges & then pulls the headband off of my head. On the positive side, the sound quality is awesome & I like the volume adjustment feature. Perhaps, I just need to spend more $$ & get a sturdier headset.

I was a self-employed person (until I retired) who spent 7 or 8 hours hooked up to a phone every day! I've had so many different headsets over the years. I've had several that cost 50 to 100 times more. (Of course, they were wireless and had all the bells and whistles.) But, the quality of sound from this headset is as good as any headset I've ever used. Who knew? LOL I could have saved myself hundreds by just using this old-fashion type!

If you own a set of Panasonic cordless phones, this headset is a perfect fit. I've tried different solutions using adapters and a few cables with unsatisfactory results. Found this one at eBay with a very reasonable price. The build and sound quality is very good for phone conversation purposes. The unit is also very comfortable to wear for a long period of time too.

I would have given it 5 stars, but the cord is too short for desktop use. If it were used with a portable phone the cord length probably would not be an issue.
