Ordered product. Never received past delivery date. Contacted seller. Took a few times to get a response both times I reached out. They couldn't locate item at their facility so they issued me a refund. Only positive out of this was they issued the refund right away but hated that it took over a week to find out it was missing. Only reason I ordered from them was because their store was in the same state as me so I thought I would get it quicker.

Seller had moved to a new facility and was unpacking and organizing all the product. Seller looked diligently for the sheet buyer ordered and could not find it in time before buyer opened a "item not received" claim. Seller had to refund the buyer's order to avoid the claim affecting seller's metrics since seller could not guarantee delivery within three days.
