Dodgy. Listing claimed item is located in Punchbowl, AU to make it look like they have actual stock. They don't. The phone was shipped all the way from UAE through a bunch of shady companies.
These guys don't stock anything. Once you buy from them, they just ship your item from somewhere much cheaper (aka aliexpress) and sell it to you for double price.
They lie about stock location and shipment time. I'm still yet to test the phone itself.
Good ol' ebay, what else can be said.

I gave neutral rating here as the item delivered did not fit the listing. (see pic, on the left is a 'real' one, right the one sent). After some to and fro and a 'bad' offer a full refund was given with seller paying return postage. A bit of a hassle. Good communication generally, item arrived in time. The listing needs to be changed to reflect the reality of the item.
