When the listing shows both matching headrest available, 1 usually means for the "pair". I made an offer and even clarified in our messages that my offer was for the pair, 2 headrests. Seller accepted my offer and received my message about getting 2 but only sent me 1 headrest. He kept saying Ebay says 1 even though my offer was clearly for both.
