    Never received the item. Sllr was polite, apologetic but said the person who shipped the item for her/him sent it to someone else (I got the item intended for that person). So I was immediately refunded but never got this item, which i really wanted. Mistakes happen, but disappointing nonetheless. Good customer service is why I've left NEUTRAL. Seller doesn't deserve a negative. But I can't leave positive either. :/
