bought for my son this is what he had to say about it. If you've never seen Wrestlemania 15 then you've missed one of the best. The Rock and Stone Cold Steve Austin battle for the WWE title in the main event. Vince thinks he can screw Stone Cold again but out comes Commissioner Shawn Michaels to throw Vince out of his own ring! And as Vince eventually leaves he stops to look at a fan holding a sign which reads 'MR MCMAHON IS GAY' Vince's face is priceless - never mind the walk! Undertaker battles the late Big Boss Man in a hell in a cell match which bizarely nobody seems to talk about these days. Edge and Christian make an exciting appearance as the Brood here - but I don't want to spoil it. The Big Show vs Mankind match is instantly forgettable, although Vince's involvement is worth watching for if you love to hate him. Kane with Chyna vs Triple H was a good contest with a storyline which tumbled over into the Shane McMahon vs X-Pac match. Billy Gunn, Bob Holly and Al Snow have a good triple threat hardcore match which will have you yearning for the WWE to bring the belt back. The late Owen Hart takes part in his last Wrestlemania before he was killed on the way to the ring. He partners Jeff Jarret for a match against D'Lo Brown and Test. Tag titles on the line. The final match that springs immediately to mind is a four way elimination Intercontinental Championship match. It features the Road Dogg Jesse James vs Goldust vs Val Venis vs Ken Shamrock. The Blue Meanie appears lol! There's also a brawl for all match between Butterbean and Bart Gunn. Skip it. And a woman's title match between Tori (remember her?) and Sable who always manages to look hot. Even as a face. Overall, there are some great matches and some forgettable matches. But the great matches make it worth having.Read full review

As in most wrestling dvds/tapes it is great to see your old favorites wrestle again. It is obviously safer to keep to the big wrestling organizations, over the period of time I have purchased all sorts of dvd/tapes, some are so bad, not even room for an audiance to watch, back room wrestling. Please do not try any of these moves at home, unless you are very young and want to take up wrestling, in that case nothing will stop you. The only problem with all these WWF etc. dvd's, you only get one womens bout if lucky, two would be great.
Having converted most of my old video collection to DVD I was thrilled to find this film gem in digital format. If you watch this in widescreen format, it really does the battle scene great justice; coupled with surround sound, you'll be gripped by the amazing cinematography. I would recommend the director's cut that includes scenes about the relationship between the lead character and his estranged wife and helps you to understand the motivation behind his decision. The run time is 183 minutes for the directors cut and 120 minutes for the cinema version. I was, however, disappointed by the lack of extras, which any fan of this classic would expect to be included. There's only a 20-minute interview with the director and other shot "making-of" vignettes. lol
