I received both hot knife’s today after waiting 7 days for the delivery and I opened them and find both are defective! I did contact the seller first and they told me to submit a return through eBay, which I did. Honestly what is the odds of 2 items both defective out of the box. Highly disappointed with this purchase, the waiting time etc only for defective items to show up. This was my 3rd attempt trying to buy a hot knife I guess they have an extremely bad failure rate! No more trying to get.
