Friendly, helpful communications but let down by inadequate glass packing. Frankly amazed it arrived undamaged: Over-sized single wall cardboard box arrived crushed. Inside the two glassware items were individually wrapped but not packed securely, with just a few wisps of tissue, so were free to move around inside the box.
