  • Lose over a stone in a month, feel full eating incredibly delicious food

    I bought both the fast metabolism diet book and then the fast metabolism cookbook. I followed the diet for four weeks and lost just over a stone (18 pounds), plus (big plus in my house) my husband and kids loved the recipes. It does involve a lot of cooking, but I do quite a bit of cooking anyway so made no difference to me. The recipes are incredibly delicious and I like the fact that you can bulk cook, often using the slow cooker, freezer bag portions for later consumtion, so cooking is minimised. Personally, being quite a big eater (I really love my grub) I loved the fact that you get to eat a lot of food on the diet. I like to feel full!
