Worth it
Working properly, even it is cheap price. You do not need to spend couple of hundred dollars for other expensive brand dehumidifiers.

Does a reasonable job
I am in a tropical climate that has extreme humidity for several months of the year ( can reach 80 - 90%) The dehumidifier has been able to keep the humidity level around the upper end of the ideal recommended level. ( This is with the fan & air-conditioning running as also ) I have been able to maintain the humidity on average around the 50% mark which is not to bad.
