Seller was offended & rude when I simply explained the item delivered, was certainly not in new condition and definitely washes more than one time, as the listing stated. I'm very family with the brand purchased (Lululemon) and even if the condition was from poor laundering, they were washed atleast 25 to 30+ times. The waistband was in terrible shape, drawcord in hems were faded and nearly dry rotted. She allowed a return, but made her disappointment in me, for wanting to do so, very clear.
