Item arrived wrapped in bubble wrap envelope and had rattle in it. Contacted seller and was told to open it up. Found the battery had come loose and was bouncing around inside. Was advised by seller to try it out as I mentioned I was unsure if using it would damage my radio. Tested it out and it was showing abnormal readings periodically. Tested same set up on 2 other meters and no issues. Contacted seller and was given some BS solution that only an electrical engineer can figure out. Not happy.
