Hi , I purchased your Queen sized mattress which was delivered promptly, thank you . However after a few weeks use it has developed a body impression where I sleep and does not recover as one would expect . I have bought several of these mattresses of a similar style for my air Band B , slightly more expensive and have had no issues.Changing to your brand after reading the advertisements ect has left me disappointed . My weight is 97 KG , which is around average for 5,ft 11 heigh, advice please

Item arrived promptly, well packaged and as described. The only negative was the company that delivered the mat, I live in a fenced village & the letterboxes are right near the entrance, my parcel & several others were left at the letterboxes without anyone knowing. It was a resident who saw the parcels when collecting his mail & alerted the office who, in turn, contacted the effected residents. Not good.
