It seems to pop the pills satisfactorily, and saves a lot of effort on fingers and thumbs which are slightly arthritic. My hands hurt a bit using just a finger or thumb, but I'm sure this will take away a lot of the effort of popping the pills. I unpack one month's worth in one go, which can involve up to more than 80 pills (all totally necessary), so I'm looking forward to much less aching fingers.
